K100 liners are fabricated from the best commercially available steels. They are carefully designed to guarantee an excellent quality pressed product.

INTERCHANGEABLE LINERS
GAPE DUE S.p.A. devotes special care to the design and fabrication of mould liners.
Interchangeable liners can be applied to all types of cavity plates, and their main benefit is the ease with which they can be changed even under the press without removing the mould.
This means they are easy to replace in the event of wear or breakage, but also enables the characteristics of the finished product to be varied:
