THE SMART MOULD FOR THE CERAMIC INDUSTRY<\/strong>
\nThe SMART MOULD was designed by GAPE DUE to support technological and digital advances in the ceramic industry. GAPE DUE has developed a monitoring and eMaintenance system for ceramic moulds that uses sensors positioned inside the moulds and punches to detect their operating parameters and monitor the production process. This makes it possible to manage the tracking and \u2018life cycle\u2019 of machines and optimise their regeneration. The operating parameters are displayed and processed by an industrial PC that provides the technician with effective and immediate production monitoring and alerts them promptly when malfunctions occur.
