It is designed to regulate and time the pneumatic cleaning of ceramic tile moulds, and is particularly suitable for double-row moulds where a greater amount of air is required to clean the mould and avoid powder building up and potentially damaging the mechanical equipment. The user interface enables the operator to actuate the solenoid valves that supply the mould cleaning circuits during the pressing cycle either manually (using the PLC keyboard) or automatically (via one of the press’s no-voltage contacts), by adjusting their opening times and reporting any tank pressure anomalies.
